What IPTV Resellers is
IPTV Resellers is a wholesale supplier of IPTV reseller panel credits. Customers of this business are resellers — operators of their own IPTV reselling businesses — buying credits in bulk to allocate to their own end customers through a reseller panel login. This is not a consumer subscription service, and these terms are written for that relationship.
Accepting these terms
Requesting a free test login, submitting a credit order, or using a reseller panel login issued by IPTV Resellers means you accept these Terms of Use.
Credits and the minimum order
1 credit = 1 month of access for 1 connection. Every credit order is subject to a 120-credit minimum, regardless of tier. Prices per credit are posted on the Pricing page as of the time you order and are tiered by total order volume.
The free test login
A free Xtream-format test login may be issued to a prospective reseller on request, at no charge, solely to allow evaluation of channel and VOD quality prior to placing a credit order. It does not include reseller panel access and is not a substitute for a paid credit order.
Reseller panel access and acceptable use
Once a credit order is fulfilled, a reseller panel login is issued for the purpose of creating and managing your own customers' lines. You agree to:
- Use your reseller panel login only to manage your own end customers, not to resell or transfer panel access itself to another business
- Keep your panel credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity conducted under them
- Use the service in a way that complies with applicable law in the jurisdictions you and your customers operate in
- Not attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the underlying infrastructure
Billing and fulfillment
No payment is collected directly through the order form. Submitting an order records your requested tier and credit quantity; a secure payment link is then sent by email, and reseller panel access follows once payment clears. Fulfillment is handled manually rather than through instant automated provisioning.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% available service. Stream quality depends on factors partly outside our control, including your own and your customers' internet connections and devices. Nothing here promises a specific uptime figure or "zero buffering" beyond what the Pricing and Trial pages actually state.
Your responsibility to your own customers
IPTV Resellers supplies the panel and credits; the relationship between you and your end customers — pricing, support, terms — is yours to manage. We are not a party to agreements you make with your own customers.
Termination
Panel access found in violation of these terms — including transferring panel access itself to another business, or unlawful use — may be suspended or ended.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, IPTV Resellers carries no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to using, or being unable to use, the panel, credits, or test login, including losses arising from your own relationship with your end customers.
Changes to these terms
These terms are updated periodically. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the service after a change means the updated version applies to you.
Governing law
Applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operates governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
