DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Note: This page is a general template describing a standard DMCA notice-and-takedown process. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Independent legal review is recommended, along with registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

IPTV Resellers supplies panel credits to resellers rather than selling directly to viewers. Copyright notices still matter to us, and this page explains how they are handled across the reseller network.

Writing your notice

To let us act quickly, please make sure your notice covers each of these points — they are the elements the DMCA itself requires:

  1. Who you are: your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email
  2. The work: a description of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved
  3. The material: exactly where the allegedly infringing material appears, so we can find it without guesswork
  4. Good faith: a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
  5. Accuracy: a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
  6. Signature: a physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is acceptable)

Resellers and their customers

Each reseller runs their own brand and customer relationships. If your notice concerns a reseller's website or marketing, send it to that reseller first. If it concerns content supplied through our panel, send it to us. Resellers whose accounts are repeatedly linked to valid notices may have panel access suspended or ended.

How to reach our copyright contact

Email is the fastest route: support@iptvresellers.org. Please put "DMCA Takedown" in the subject and include the full notice in the body of the email rather than only as an attachment, so nothing is missed.

How we handle notices

  1. We confirm receipt and check the notice is complete.
  2. We locate the material you identified.
  3. If the notice is valid, the material is removed or access to it is disabled.
  4. Where appropriate, we inform the account holder concerned and explain how to file a counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

Using IPTV Resellers to repeatedly infringe copyright breaches our Terms of Use, and accounts doing so may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-notification

If material you provided was removed and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) it must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, the material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.

Good-faith use of this process

This process exists to protect real copyright interests. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or a mistaken removal may expose you to damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA.
