What every prospective reseller asks before ordering credits
What a credit is, how the tiers actually differ, what the reseller panel lets you do, device compatibility for your customers, and how fulfillment and support really work — answered directly.
What a credit actually is
What exactly am I buying — a subscription, or something else?
Credits. One credit equals one month of access for one connection, which you assign to your own customers through your reseller panel login — you're not buying a personal subscription, you're buying the supply your own IPTV business runs on.
What's the minimum order, and why?
120 credits is the floor on every tier — enough to genuinely test the panel across a first batch of real customers, not just a single line. Below that volume, the per-credit economics don't work for either side.
How the three tiers actually differ
Is the channel and VOD lineup actually the same quality at every tier?
Yes. 40,000+ live channels across every country carried, 180,000+ VOD titles, the same stability and up-to-4K resolution — the tier only changes your price per credit at volume, never what a credit gets your customer.
What does a bundle of credits actually cost?
$2.00 per credit at the 120-credit minimum, $1.70 per credit from 700 credits, and $1.50 per credit from 1,200 credits up — the same panel and lineup at every tier, just a lower rate per credit at real volume.
If I order Growth today, can I move to Scale later without reordering everything?
Yes — a later order is priced at whatever tier your new total volume lands in. It's a fresh order rather than a modification of the old one, but nothing about a prior order changes because of it.
Does a higher tier come with better support or a faster response?
No — support works the same queue regardless of tier. What changes between tiers is strictly the price per credit.
What the panel can and can't do
What's the difference between the free test login and my reseller panel login?
The test login is a personal, end-user-style login for checking quality before you order. The panel login is a separate account, issued after a paid credit order, and it's the one that lets you create and manage customer lines.
Can I see which of my customer lines are close to running out of credits?
Yes — tracking active lines and how much runway each one has is a core function of the panel, not an add-on.
Is there a limit on how many customer lines I can create?
The practical limit is your credit balance, not the panel itself — you can create as many lines as you have credits to assign.
What your customers can watch it on
What can my customers actually watch this on?
Smart TVs from Samsung and LG, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Fire TV and Firestick, MAG-format boxes, Android and iOS phones and tablets, Apple TV, and Windows/Mac computers — broad enough that device compatibility is rarely the reason a customer complains.
Testing before you order
How do I know the streams are actually stable before I buy credits?
The free test login exists for exactly that — a real Xtream-format login on the actual lineup, so you can check buffering, channel stability, and 4K quality yourself, on your own connection, before spending anything.
Why is the test login free when the trial elsewhere in the industry usually costs something?
Because it's aimed at a reseller vetting a supplier, not an end viewer deciding whether to subscribe — there's no reason to attach a fee to that step.
Can I request more than one test login?
One is generally enough to evaluate the lineup fully. If you have a specific reason to need another — evaluating a second country's coverage, for instance — ask through Contact.
How an order actually gets fulfilled
Is there instant automated provisioning after I pay?
No. A person reviews every order and confirms payment before sending your panel access — there's no automated checkout that hands out credentials the instant a card is charged.
What exactly do I receive after payment clears?
Your reseller panel login — the credential you use to create customer lines and assign credits to them.
Why does the order form ask for how many credits I need instead of just a fixed package?
Because pricing here is tiered by total volume rather than sold as a fixed bundle — the 120-credit minimum aside, you specify the exact quantity that matches your business.
How support responds
Something's wrong with a line or a channel — how fast does support respond?
Messages go through the Contact page to a real inbox, worked in the order they arrive. A specific line, a specific channel, and a specific symptom gets a specific answer faster than a vague report ever will — and a stable panel is what keeps your own customers off your back in the first place.
If a stream issue is affecting several of my customers at once, does that get prioritized?
Describe the scope clearly — how many lines, which channel or country — and support can address it as the specific incident it is, rather than as several unrelated messages.
Unused credits and refund basics
Do unused credits expire?
Full terms are on the Refund Policy page — credits are meant to back active customer lines rather than sit unused indefinitely.
What if I ordered the wrong quantity by mistake?
Reach out before the payment link is used and the quantity can be corrected — see the Refund Policy for what applies after payment has already cleared.
