Refund Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Note: This is a general-purpose template covering standard scenarios, not reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Confirm refund timing against your own payment provider's terms, and get independent legal review before treating this as a binding policy.

Credits are the product — this policy is written around that

Because a credit order is a bulk wholesale purchase rather than a recurring subscription, refund questions here mostly come down to two things: was the order fulfilled as described, and what happens to credits that are ordered but not yet assigned to a customer line.

Before you pay

Submitting the order form doesn't charge anything and isn't a binding commitment on its own — no payment is collected until you use the secure payment link sent afterward. If you change your mind, or need to correct the tier or credit quantity, that's handled through Contact before the payment link is used, with no refund process required at all.

Unused credits after payment

Credits are intended to be assigned to active customer lines within a reasonable period after your order, not held indefinitely. If a genuine fault on our side prevented you from receiving working panel access — payment cleared but no panel login arrived, or the login provided doesn't function — contact support within 7 days of payment and it will be resolved or refunded.

Requests based on stream quality

A specific, reproducible problem — a channel that's consistently down, a country's lineup that doesn't match what's described — is exactly what support exists to investigate and fix. General dissatisfaction after meaningful use of a large credit order is reviewed case by case, and since your customers' own connections and devices are part of what they experience, support will typically want to rule those out with you first.

The free test login

The Free Test Login carries no charge, so no refund question applies to it at all — it exists precisely so quality can be checked before any money is spent on credits.

What this policy doesn't cover

  • Credits already assigned to customer lines and actively used by your customers
  • Problems traced to your own customers' internet connections, devices, or third-party player apps
  • A 120-credit minimum order placed, then a change of mind unrelated to any fault on our side

How to request a refund

Reach out through Contact with your order details — the tier, credit quantity, and roughly when you ordered — and a description of what went wrong. Every request gets reviewed and answered.

Processing time

An approved refund returns to the original payment method. How long that takes depends on the payment provider, typically several business days.

Changes to this policy
